  I really like the atmosphere of the 54th Street chain restaurants. This particular one was packed on a Friday night. The bar service was Abit slow but the made a decent dirty martini.

  Simple restaurant with American style food. Decor is top notch. Food is above average but not great, staff has been good every time I've went. Good for lunch because they are fast, can't do it in 30 minutes though.

  We dine here frequently and usually have a great experience. Saturday night was certainly different. They were not at all busy and got seated quickly. Our server was very slow and we had to wait a long time for our beverages. The kitchen failed to put any sauces on our food. We had to wait again for that and also had no silverware on the table. It took so long we started t to eat what we could without silverware. It was an unpleasant dining experience and we were celebrating my mil's birthday.
