Used their to-go pickup service tonight & it will be the last time I go to this austins. Took forever for someone to come out after I called, she was confused. Food finally came out. I checked the food on my way home & my order was wrong. Turned around & went back. Went inside this time. Absolute chaos. The "host" was distracted & it took about 5 minutes to get what I was missing. Needless to say I'm at home eating cold, soggy food. I won't be going back to this location anymore!October 20, 2016
