  Have been a faithful customer for many years at this location. Now they dont care about the pizzas. Large crust on one side and none on the other. Crust is inconsistent. Thick and good one time and looks like a truck ran over it the next. Pizza cutter either needs to sharpen his cutter, or get more muscles. Gone way down hill. No longer gourmet. Now just getting by. Sorry Ben, but you need to know. The sign about "no pizza leaving the kitchen..." Needs to be discussed with the cut table so they know what is expected by your customers and the management. $40 at another pizza place gets consistent quality and more product. Also, owners need to know the discount on multiple pizzas is a big thing when the pizzas cost more to start with. $200 a month is not much to lose for a big chain, but word of mouth goes farther that the money and will effect the business in the long run.

  The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The food, as always, was fantastic. If you've never been to Minsky's, go now. It's the best pizza in Kansas City. And this location is top notch. PS Good beer
