  Tasted Chapala for the first time today and definitely will be going back again!! My food was really great, seasoned very well, and I got a great portion size. Also the prices are very reasonable!

  Unbelievable, the lack of service I just received. Placed an online order, waited 30 min. then went to pick up. Stood at the bar for 10 minutes as multiple​ people walked, but no one would help me. Chased a guy down to tell him why I was there. A few minutes later a young girl comes back to tell me their printer is not working, and they didn't even get my order. She offer to "start" on my order. No apology, nothing. I was a regular customer, but will not be going back.
