Found a roughly 1/16" x 1/16" x 2" piece of wood in my meal. It looked like something that would have come off a pallet or crate. The staff seemed to not care or think it was a big deal. We barely got an apology from the server or the manager. Our meal was comped, which was appreciated, but it was still a pretty gross experience overall. Don't think we'll be visiting a Perkins anytime soon or ever again.November 16, 2016
